Material examined. Portugal: 2 ♂, 09.X.2023, Castelo Branco, Covilhã, Cortes do Meio ( Parque Natural da Serra da Estrela ), 40°15'25.1"N, 7°34'57.2"W; leg. RA GoogleMaps .

Remarks. A rare species known from Scandinavia, Great Britain and Central Europe; it is recorded from Spain, mentioned here for the first time from Portugal. Collecting sites were larger streams, rivers and adjacent wetlands.
