Diagnosis
Nymph: Abdominal gill I inserted dorsally ( Fig. 2L); lateral margins of abdominal terga with simple setae* ( Fig. 2L); terminal filament covered with setae except for the basal third*; terminal filament reduced in length (reaching half of the length of cerci).
Imago: Longitudinal veins of front wing not geminated (veins with the usual distance from each other; Fig. 4A); vein R3 parallel to R1 ( Fig. 4A); vein Rs bifurcated after basal quarter of front wing ( Fig. 4A); cubito-anal sector of front wing developed ( Fig. 4A); pedestal of forceps present ( Fig. 4E); forceps with three or more apical segments* ( Fig. 4E).
