Type ( lectotype, designated here):— VIETNAM. Dong Nai: Bien Hoa , October 1873, Pierre 1378 (K! [ K000686961 ]; isolectotypes A! [ A00052298 ]; C! [ C10019530 ], [ C10019531 ]; K! [ K000686958 ], [ K000686959 ], [ K000686962 ]; P! [ P05428969 ], [ P05428972 ], [ P05428973 ]).
In the protologue, the specimen Pierre 1378 is cited as type, without specifying the reference herbarium. Studying the original collection were found ten duplicates in various herbaria with the name Columbia evecta . For this reason, in accordance with Art. 9.3 of the ICN, is designate here the specimen Pierre 1378 in K (K000686961) as the lectotype, by choosing the best-preserved and complete specimen.
