Type Material. Holotype ♀ ( ZMUT), IRAN: Razavi Khorasan Prov.: Mashhad, Ferdowsi University of Mashhad , 36°18'N 59°31'E, 11.07.2023 (M. Mehrafrooz Mayvan). GoogleMaps

Etymology. The specific epithet refers to this species being one of the smallest known spiders from Iran.

Diagnosis. The new species differs from the congeners by its minute size (length of carapace 0.47 vs.>1).

Description. Female. Habitus as in Fig. 10A View FIGURE 10 . Total length 1.20. Carapace 0.47 long, 0.50 wide. Eye sizes: AME: 0.05, ALE: 0.05, PME: 0.04, PLE: 0.05. Carapace, chelicerae, sternum, labium and maxillae faint yellow. Palps and legs very pale beige. Abdomen beige. Spinnerets pale beige. Measurements of legs: I: missing, II: 1.33 (0.40, 0.13, 0.32, 0.26, 0.22), III: 1.00 (0.28, 0.11, 0.30, 0.20, 0.11), IV: 1.70 (0.47, 0.20, 0.42, 0.35, 0.26).

Epigyne as in Fig. 10B‒C View FIGURE 10 ; plate ~ 2x wider than long, receptacles visible through tegument; receptacles (Re) transversal, oval, spaced by almost 2 lengths; insemination ducts (Id) short and broad.

Male. Unknown.

Comment. This species almost certainly does not belong to Devade Simon, 1885 ; it is tentatively placed in this genus until the collection of males clarifies its generic position.

Distribution. Known only from the type locality in Razavi Khorasan, northeastern Iran.
