Anomis View in CoL subulifera; Butler 1885 (misspelling)

Remarks. Anomis sabulifera was mentioned from India by Hampson (1894) with Gonitis involuta (TL: Sri Lanka) as synonym. Now, G. involuta is a valid species but many indian publications, following Hampson (1894), reported A. sabulifera from India. Though, Srivastava & Rose (1989) also treated it as valid species, but the presence of this species from India based on voucher specimens needs further confirmation.
