Pubescent perennial 7-20(-35) cm. Leaflets 5-10 pairs. 8-14(-20) x 1-5-3 mm, oblong-elliptical, subglabrous above, densely white-pubescent beneath. Racemes 8- to 25-flowered. Calyx 4-5-5 mm, pubescent, the teeth 2-3 times as long as the tube; corolla 10-12 mm, purple. Legume with 2-4 sparsely pubescent, spinose segments. • E. Ukraine. Rs (E).
