Distribution: India (Manipur, Assam (Cachar Hills), Meghalaya, Sikkim, West Bengal (Darjeeling), Haryana (Ambala), Nilgiris, Himachal Pradesh), China.
Remark. Type locality errorously mentioned as Sikkim by Bali & Kaleka (2023).
Genus Mahoba Moore , in Hewitson & Moore, 1879: 52
TS: Cyclidia plagidotata Walker, [1863] 1862: 1483 (but included by Moore as plagiodotata, an incorrect subsequent spelling, by subsequent designation by Kirby (1892): 482.
