Diagnosis. Body brownish. Crown ochraceous with brown markings ( Fig. 4F View FIGURE 4 ). Face yellowish except brown anterior margin ( Fig. 4G View FIGURE 4 ). Pronotum ochraceous, anterior margin yellow; anterior half with pair of arched eyebrowlike brown stripes, with white markings below this stripe ( Fig. 4F View FIGURE 4 ).

Lin Zhou ( NWAFU) .
Distribution. China ( Jilin, Hebei, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Gansu, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Xizang), Russia, South Korea.
Remarks. This species is one of the largest species in Idiocerini . Most species of Idiocerini measure 3.0–5.0 mm in body length, but in this species the body length ranges from 6.5 mm to 7.3 mm. The pronotum with eyebrowlike arched brown stripes readily distinguish this species from other species of Idiocerini .
