Rectijanua braaschi Atyeo and Peterson, 1976
Hosts and distribution. This species was described ex Aythya collaris (Donovan) ( Anseriformes : Anatidae ) from the USA ( Missouri), with additional material ex Netta e. erythrophthalma (Wied-Neuwied) (as Aythya erythrophthalma ) from Colombia, ex A. australis (Eyton) from Indonesia ( Celebes), ex A. affinis (Eyton) from the USA ( Iowa), ex A. nyroca (Güldenstädt) from Egypt, and ex Aix galericulata (Linneaus) (as Dendronessa galericulata ) from Korea ( Atyeo & Peterson 1976).

Hosts and distribution. This species was described ex Nomonyx dominicus (Linnaeus) (as Oxyura dominica ) ( Anseriformes : Anatidae ) from Ecuador ( Manabi), Colombia (Dept. Valle del Cauca, Cali), the USA ( Texas), Cuba, and Paraguay ( Atyeo & Peterson 1976).
