DISTRIBUTION: Botswana, South Africa, Zambia.

LOCALITY IN ZAMBIA: Lake Kariba, in Lusaka and Southern Provinces.

LARVAL HOSTPLANT(S): An exotic taxon introduced to Botswana and Zambia to control the aquatic weed salvinia.
