Description and diagnosis. See Zhu et al. (2003) for a redescription and diagnosis of both sexes.

Distribution. China ( Anhui, Fujian, Hebei, Henan, Hubei, Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, Jiangsu, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Taiwan and Hainan), Korea, Japan and Russia.

Comments. The female type specimens of T. bandapula and T. laochenga were examined and both are consistent in morphology with T. squamata . Thus, we consider both T. bandapula syn. nov. and T. laochenga syn. nov. to be junior synonyms of T. squamata .
