Type locality. TAIWAN: Hualien County: Xiulin Township: Pine Needle Camp ( 2050 m) .

Distribution. TAIWAN ( Hualien: Xiulin; Pingtung: Chunri [new locality record]).

Life history. The species is found in high elevation and can be found among rotten logs or plants near the ground or among branches in the trees. We found a female feeding on fruits.
