Remarks. According to Dillon & Dillon (1945): “ Holotype: Male; Coxim, Matto Grasso [ sic], Brazil, October, 1939; (A. Maller); [L. Lacye].” Monné (2023b) and Tavakilian & Chevillotte (2023) reported the holotype from the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso. However, Coxim is now a city in the Brazilian state of Mato Grosso do Sul (see remarks in Oxymerus basalis ). Currently, it is known from Brazil ( Rondônia and Mato Grosso —in fact, Mato Grosso do Sul) ( Bezark 2023b; Monné 2023b; Tavakilian & Chevillotte 2023).
